Originally from Halifax County, VA Kyle raised his family in Henrico County and now resides in Manakin Sabot. Kyle loves to spend time with his children and animals, going boating, oyster farming, and exploring new places.

I am originally from Long Island, NY, but have lived in Powhatan, VA for 17 years. I have worked as a carpenter for 32 years in commercial and residential fields. From Hilton hotels to Beach front homes in NY. I specialize in trim and finish work. Outside of work I love spending my time with my kids, from traveling for lacrosse tournaments to visiting my JMU student. I also love spending a weekend at the Bay when I can sneak away.

Johnny has been working with his father off and on for over 10 years. When it comes to towing trailers and equipment Johnny is the best in the company as he has been driving since he could barely reach to gas pedal. In his free time you will find him on the water in his boat, fishing, hunting and camping.

With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry in various roles, Suzzie is happy to be back on the BKM team after a break to be with her family. She is bringing her background in Project Management and Client Care back into action.
Originally from Illinois, Suzzie, lives in Henrico with her Husband and three children. She and the family enjoy spending time on the water and her two Golden Retrievers are known to be the boat too.
Our Process
1. Call or email us now to setup an appointment at 804.554.1013 or kyle@bkmartin.com
2. We will meet with you at your home to listen and brainstorm your ideas, needs, wants, and desires.
3. We will meet again to go over the proposal outlining project details and cost. Then we’ll design a final plan that you’ll love.
4. Let’s go shopping and have lunch! We will take you shopping for fixtures, tile, cabinetry, countertops, millwork and more.
5. We will meet at your home to finalize the plans, material & products, construction schedule, proposal, and make a deposit.
