Job Description

BK Martin Construction is looking for detail-oriented candidates with good interpersonal skills for the position of a Lead Carpenter.

Class A Remodeling Contractor specializing in high end kitchens, baths, additions, renovations and repairs seeking Lead Carpenter with tools, transportation and phone.

Responsibilities

1. Ability to read construction plans.
2. Communicate via phone, email, and/or text with staff, clients and subcontractors
3. Carpentry; framing, trim, crown, hanging doors, etc.
4. Drywall, plaster and painting
5. Cabinetry installation
6. Minor plumbing, electrical, roofing, flooring masonry skills
7. Ability to use Builder Trend for time tracking and work orders
8. Communication skills with staff, clients and subcontractors
9. Positive attitude with growth mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 – $72,000.00 per year
