B.K. Martin Enterprises designed an addition for us in 2004. We opened up the kitchen to allow it to flow into the new space, added a fireplace and a 1/2 bath. Still neighbors and friends, 4 years later we decided to renovate the rest of our home. We opened the kitchen to the living room and the rest of the house and now our traditional colonial has a more open floor plan! We also had copper flashing replaced on our slate roof, added new K-guard gutters, added a separate HVAC system for the second floor, moved the laundry room to a side porch that had been enclosed and had our wood floors refinished. One of the best parts of the project was replacing the corian countertops in our kitchen with granite and adding radiant heat under the new tile floors. We love our home! We recommend Kyle for any renovation project."
